Day 11

Tonight's practice was spend next to my hubbie's yoga mat at the studio. I am very proud to say that he came back to practicing with vigor after deciding to take the month of December on a hiatus. Scott says, " His body told him he needed a rest" and that's what he did and I wasn't about to argue;) A happy husband makes a happy wife.
